Natural products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, and texture due to their handcrafted or organic nature.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Certain products may be seasonal or available in limited quantities. We will do our best to indicate availability on the product page, but stock levels may change without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that sufficient funds are available.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, postal service disruptions, or customs processing for international orders.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Perishable goods, personalised items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
